• For customers in California, please submit a copy of your seller permit, if available. If you don't have a seller permit, we will charge 8.75% sales tax on top of your order.

• Fax a filled-out order form anytime to (858) 642-0815 or mail it to the address below.
• Minimum order is $50.

Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, Money Order and business/personal check. Merchandise will be shipped after the payment has been cleared. Please note that we must wait a full 10 business days for personal and business checks to clear before we process your order. Please make the check or money order payable to Esther's Nail Center and send it with your order form to:

Shipping

We'll charge the shipping and handling fee after we know the accurate weight and dimension of the package, so that we won't overcharge nor undercharge. This may happen after we process your order or ship your order.

We ship via Fedex Ground. Fedex Ground doesn't deliver to P.O. Boxes. All shipments are subject to stock availability. In-stock order will usually be shipped within 2-3 business days after the payment has cleared. If an order will be delayed by more than 4 working days we will notify you via email of any shipping delays. Average delivery time once an order is shipped is 2-5 business days inside the USA. If you want other shipping options, please let us know.

We are not responsible for damages or losses incurred during shipping. If your package is damaged, lost, or stolen during shipping, please contact Fedex right away.

Return Policy

We want to bring the top quality of merchandise to our customer. Therefore, we do not accept any returns due to health and safety reasons. But, we will accept any exchange on defective or wrong items. Please contact us to request any exchanges and before you send the items. All items must be returned within 14 days of receipt of merchandise, with the invoice and original packaging. We will exchange the items with the new ones and ship them at our expense.

Adoree nail polish wall unit is available to hold Adoree nail polish and nail treatment nicely. Get this rack for free if you order 150 or more bottles of Adoree in a single transaction. You will pay the Ground shipping fee. Limit 1 free rack per customer. For more information, please contact us.
